Wolfgang is a custom tattoo studio located in NW Portland Oregon.

Less than a mile from Portland’s Japanese Garden, Rose Garden, and Washington Park.

Downtown Portland, Providence Park/Stadium, the Willamette River and the Pearl District all just a short walk from our studio.

Wolfgang is owned and operated by Zachary Bailey, a tattooer of 18 years who specializes in a variety of tattoo styles as well as other art forms. The studio is adorned with his oil paintings, watercolor, flash art and digital artworks.

Whether it is a design inquiry, requesting an appointment for a new tattoo, a work-in-progress or a touch up, you can let us know right here. We will reach out to you through email.

Appointment Information: We will reach out to you via email, where we can discuss tattoo ideas, available appointment dates, approximate cost and schedule a consultation date if needed.

We require a $100 deposit for booking an appointment. It is non-refundable but will be applied to the cost of your tattoo. Please give 48 hours notice for reschedules or your deposit will be taken as a result. A new deposit will be required for a new appointment date.

Must be 18 years old or older to be tattooed, ID required

Wolfgang is a CASH-ONLY tattoo studio. (Excluding $100 deposit fee)

We do not take any cash apps like Venmo or Zelle
